This course is designed to give a practical insight into the process surrounding the legality of contracts and help individuals become familiar with contracts. The course will provide practical examples of drafting contracts and certain principles surrounding the negotiation of a contract to reach an advantageous position.

He has wide ranging experience before the Courts and Tribunals in Mauritius, and has appeared unled at all judicial levels in Mauritius until the Supreme Court acting in its Appellate jurisdiction.
